Polar Express Ward Christmas Party 2017

Sister Sorenson always goes all out when decorating and the Ward Christmas party was amazing. We had breakfast for dinner and everyone wore pjs.

December 2017

We got the floor done in time to get a tree up the week before Christmas. I was all for skipping the tree, but the kids thought that was a horrible idea.

Sunroom Floor Project

We finally got to the sunroom floor project. I had pulled the tiles up years before when I got excited about the project. We took the heat out when we finished the kitchen and replaced all the plumbing and removed the radiators. It was a cold ugly room that was often messy with shoes and lined with book shelves that I took out one day while Phil was working.

We comment often about how much we love this room now that it is done. It is so cozy and warm.

San Diego 2017

More San Diego pictures it wouldn't let me post enough on the last one. Sure was fun to have Nick and Ryan live in San Diego, but we are super excited to finally visit Japan this year.

San Diego Revisited August 2017

I already posted about our trip to visit Nicki in San Diego last summer, but Phil got the pictures off his phone and they needed to be on here. He took the older kids on a few adventures after I had left the beach with Nona for her to get a nap and he just takes better pictures.

Fancy Night at the Mariners 2017

Phil had enough credits from tickets that we didn't use last season so we got to watch from the Diamond Club seats for our last game out. It was all the food you could eat inside the club house and then they would bring you food while you watched the game. They even had a candy and ice cream bar. We both ate way too much food, but had a great time watching the game in the best company.

Zoo Trip 2017

I love the zoo and the kids always get their free tickets for reading from the library summer program. We were all excited to take Nona this year because she loves animals so much. We were able to hit the Boo at the Zoo where they feed all the animals pumpkins.
