Easter Party

We had an Easter party with the Combs' cousins and Nana showed the kids how to make bunny cupcakes. Miya didn't eat hers, but showed everyone that came over what she made. Cannon ate his as soon as he was done making it just to make sure mom wouldn't say no.

The Easter Bunny left the candy in some new boots for the kids this year. That is one practical bunny!

Walking

Lyla has been taking steps for a few months now, but just a few weeks ago she finally commited to the whole thing. She is getting so big and happy to be up on two feet like the rest of the family. It makes it much easier to take her outside to play and not get super dirty.

Our Cruise Vacation:

We went on vacation with friends that went to high school with Phil. We left all the kids at home and had a blast. We ate enough ice cream to hold us over until the next vacation. We swam with the sting-rays, ate a ton of yummy jerk pork in Jamaca, and enjoyed every minute in the sun.

My sister has been telling me all about her blog and I was finally convinced to try one of my own. So here it goes...

This is the new place. We are really enjoying all the space. Cannon could spend the whole day throwing rocks into the lake and Miya spends her time picking flowers and feeding the ducks. We are happy to have Lyla walking so she doesn't get so dirty while we are hanging out by the water.
