Zoo trip 2019

Annual zoo trip didn't happen before school started so we had a chillier day, but we made a quick trip and then hit Dairy Queen for a treat. I think I am starting to like the zoo more than any of my kids. Cannon didn't even want to go with us that day and went to school instead.

Tot Play Winter 2020

Alexis was watching Edison, her nephew, and we found out that the community center across the street from Harrison Prep does open gym tot time on Tuesday and Thursday for $2.00 so we started going. The kids loved it and we could chat for an hour and a half. Covid-19 has put a halt to all things, but it was fun while it lasted. Nona made a couple friends and loved one little girl that came each week. Nona is about triple the size and weight of Edison.

September 2019

I would pick up Cannon everyday at 2:15 from HP, which is an hour before school got out, so he could make it to Lakes for tennis. He wasn't super motivated to work hard enough to make varsity, but he did get better all season. It was pretty hard for him to keep up with Spanish since he was missing so much of the class everyday.

The days that Nona would just play instead of nap she would fall asleep in the car on the way to tennis. I love a sleeping kids. This day she was in a super deep sleep and didn't wake up the entire practice even with the car starting and stopping and kids getting in and out.

Nona wanted these fake fingernails so bad. They stayed on for about 2 seconds and then we had to keep finding them to put them back on. I love how chubby her little hands are and how cute she was with her nails.

Cannon starting 10th grade and doing tennis at Lakes. Miya started running start at Pierce College and swim at Lakes. Nona enjoying another year at home with me ; )

NW Trek 2019

Fun to compare these pictures from 11 years ago. I can't believe how big my kids are and so fun to see how many pictures we had to take to get all the kids looking and holding Nona is place for the photo.

For the summer reading program this summer we decide to do NW Trek instead of the zoo. Nona loved it and it was fun to go with the Newville girls.
