Labor Day 2017

It seems we have started a tradition for spending our Labor Day at Nisqually with the guys fishing all morning. It looked like they were going to get skunked until Kris caught this little one. This does feel like our own little slice of heaven.

Miya Volleyball 2017

Some of the ladies from Miya's volleyball team at her end of season banquet. She really enjoyed playing and making friends at the beginning of a year that was hard to transition into from Harrison Prep to Lakes. I was so proud of her for trying out and doing new and big things. She really put herself out there this year and has grown so much.

Nona 2017

We have another lefty. She loves to draw and we are trying to make sure she only does it on paper. One of the earlier phrases she could say was "only on paper".

Halloween 2017

This was the first year we did trick-or-treating in our neighborhood and Lyla and Nona had a great time. It is fun to see all the new move-in around and fixing up so many of the little house in the neighborhood. Some people went all out with tons of full sized candy bars. We still didn't have any kids come to our house. We were the only ones to do our neighbors down our street so they gave money because they didn't have candy. Cannon and Miya were wishing they would have come with us.

Family Selfies Summer 2017

Hanging out on a random Sunday enjoying some summer weather and taking some high quality selfies. I bought these air-chairs thinking they would be great for camping and hanging out, but we never really got them to hold the air for long.
